garden coaching reopening in september
Hello world!
I am slowly re-entering the digital world after spending the past three months growing vegetables and tending a flock of chickens in rural Connecticut as part of a Jewish farming fellowship. Thank you all again for your support; I would not have been able to take on this incredible learning experience without it.
I’m excited to share that I’ll be reopening garden coaching appointments in September, and will be bringing a deeper understanding of organic and no-till vegetable growing methods that I’ve learned during my time on the farm. Late summer and early fall is a rich time in the vegetable garden, and can also be tinged with sadness and disappointment when things don’t quite go as planned. I am happy to support you with pivots, problem-solving, and preparation for the fall season.
After September, my rates will be increasing/readjusting to reshape this offering from a fundraiser project into a little business, and to reflect my growing experience in this field, so don’t wait too long if you’d like to book in. I will always maintain a lower-cost option, likely a virtual class rather than 1-on-1 coaching. Lastly, you’ll notice I’m mentioning vegetables a lot: this is the core area of my expertise, along with cut flowers and herbs. Landscape design is outside the scope of my project here. I want to help you grow delicious and beautiful food!
Keen gardeners can book in for September by using my scheduler. I may be able to accommodate August sessions if there is interest; please email me if that’s you!
With care & tending,
Elena
